Obituary of Zigmund Bandurski

Sadly and without warning, our brother Zigmund age 72 peacefully passed away at home on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Left to mourn are his siblings Lucy, Sandra, Gina and Richard and numerous nieces and nephews. Ziggy was predeceased by his brothers Wes Nov 2023, Henry Dec 2022, Edmund July 2022 and his niece Maureen in 1996 and his parents Stefania and Stanley Bandurski.

Ziggy was born and raised in Timmins Ontario until he relocated to Quesnel BC in 1970. He worked for many years building log cabins around the Barkerville, Wells and Williams Lake BC areas. Ziggy always had a passion for building, repairing, fixing and restoring so many things. Ziggy was artistically talented and could also repair just about anything, and how he loved to play his guitar!

Ziggy was also a member of the Two Rivers Church where he met some of the kindest friends anyone could ask for.  Family to Ziggy, did not always mean you had the same surname. You know who you are. He leaves behind many good friends who will surely miss him.

To Donny and Lilly Rosette, we thank you for loving our brother and always having his best interests in mind!

Cremation has taken place and Zigmund's wish was to be buried with our mother in Timmins which is where he will lay to rest. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace Brother!
