She was one of the most kind, caring, and loving people I have had in my life. Through her eyes, you could do no wrong; and she wore her love for you on her sleeve. I'm forever grateful that she was able to share that love with my daughter, Alice - her great granddaughter. I hesitate to say the phrase "leaves behind..." because I don't believe she has left completely. Her influence on everyone she has touched in her life continues through those lucky individuals, and I am thankful to be one of those people.

She was and always will be one of my few favourite people. She provided a safe and loving place for me to grow--albeit a little too much in the waist while I was younger. I always knew there was an open door and open ears whenever I needed. If there's one person I can attribute the person I am today to, it's her and the warm loving atmosphere she created wherever she went. I will never forget her, or the time I was lucky enough to be able to spend with her. Her children and grandchildren were her life, and I'm so glad to be able to count myself in those ranks.

Colette, I’m sure you do feel empty without your Mom. You were with your Mom, 24/7. Your Mom was so fortunate to have a daughter like you, that gave her such TLC throughout the years. You both also had lots of fun times together. You have lots of lasting precious memories! ❤️ Aunty Taff
