Obituary of Louisa Bernice Polichek

The family of Bernie Polichek are sad to announce her passing.  She was always assisting others or volunteering throughout her life.  She enjoyed socializing and playing cards.

She was predeceased by her parents, all her siblings and her spouse Elmer Polichek.  She is survived by her five children, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and her great- great grandchild.  She will be missed by all her family and friends.

There will be no service per her request. We would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and paramedics who assisted her as well as all the staff at Maeford who gave her such great care while she was there.
