Dale was born in Porcupine Plains, SK and is survived by his wife Linda, son Trevor, granddaughters Taylor (Nathan) Hayley and Brianna, great grandsons Luc and Lincoln, father Vern Gagnon, brothers Jerry (Colleen) and Rob (Opal), sister Glenda, as well as many extended family members and dear friends
He is predeceased by his mother Ivy Gagnon, son Brent, and sisters Debbie and Renee
