I met Bob when I worked at Weldwood in Quesnel. Bob worked for Cariboo Forest Consultants and whenever I had a job needed done, Bob proved to be a great man. He was reliable, honest, steady, durable and he figured things out. It was easy to give Bob a difficult or demanding task without a lot of direction and supervision. He knew where stuff was or how to get it. He would find out the who, when, where and how without wanting or questioning the why. He always got the job done and he made my job easier.
My condolences and thoughts go to all of Bobs family. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Hey Brother I wasn't expecting you to be gone so soon. I have been away for a long time and have not been able to see family very often. Never have time always wrapped up in the struggles of living. I hope your time was happy for you. You have a family and a fine wife, sons and a daughter who miss you. So we did not spend much time together after growing up but I remember the time I took you camping to my spot at Swanzies remember how we slept in the woods on the other side of the creek by a campfire under the stars. We had a good time enjoying the wilderness and cooking over a campfire. Remember the way to cross the creek without getting wet? We had to hop stone to stone it was easy for me because I had done it so many times before but you stumbled on the last stone and ended up with wet feet. That is a good memory for me wish there more to be had. But I do know that we do not die just transform so perhaps when I get there you can take me to your favourite camping spot. Until then brother Bob rest well I love you.

My deepest condolences to all bobs family ! He and his mom and brother were always there for us through the years we spent in Quesnel! So many memories but one that stands out right off, Bob loved to move my ornaments in my house to see if I would notice. Well it worked until the 3rd baby came along!! He finally asked if I noticed he moved something? I said oh Bob I don't have time to be so adhd anymore. Lol He liked to hear for sure. He was a fun loving easy going guy. ❤ Thanks for your friendship and for helping us so much!
May you rest in peace my friend, until we meet again.
