This picture was taken by my brother, Fraser. We first met her, her late brother, Kevin and older sister, Rosemarie in Vanderhoof in 1983 or 1984. Josie is not related to me, but I always considered my cousin <3 Josie will be missed dearly by our family, Theresa, Fraser, Rachael, Gabe, Wynona and myself.
