Obituary of Jean Helen Plamondon

It is with great sadness, that the family of Jean Helen Plamondon, announce her passing at GR Baker Hospital, on November 11/2019, with her family by her side.

Jean was born, June 13, 1936, in Rich Lake Alberta, to Eino and Jenny Tikkanen. She grew up with her twin sister Joan, who was also her best friend.

Jean married the love of her life, Eugene Plamondon on June 11, 1956 and after a couple years they moved to B.C. and made Quesnel their home. They raised three children, Gary, Donna, and Karen, who kept them busy travelling across B.C., Alberta, and Montana for many sporting events.

Jean was a thoughtful, caring person, and was always concerned more with the needs of her family then that of her own. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandma and sister and a loyal friend to many. If you knew Jean you were truly blessed.

Jean was predeceased by her parents and her beloved husband of 45 years.

Seven grandchildren, Brett (Cordell), Brad (Magda), Ben, Jeffrey (Kailee), Quinn (Cameron), Yewta and Emmi. Three great grandchildren, Emily, Reed, and Thomas.
