Obituary of Brian Leonard Schmitke
Brian passed away on Wednesday, September 25th, 2019 at Dunrovin Lodge after a long battle with Dementia.
Brian was born in Williams Lake and lived in Lac La Hache until he was 8 years old. He moved with his family to Quesnel, where he resided until his passing.
He had a great love for children, teasing and wrestling with them. Brian's favorite pastime were camping, fishing and four-wheeling with his buddies. Brian worked at Westpine MDF Plant for over 20 years.
His sense of humour and joking ways will be missed by many.
Brian is survived by his partner, Sharon Miller and her family, his Mother Jean, Brother Wayne (Terri), and Sister Barb (Dale). He will also be missed by his nieces and nephews; Raymond, Chad, Coral, Deanna and Jeff. He was predeceased by his Father, Leonard.
