So very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She is one of those folks who has been a constant for me my whole life from visiting her house at the airport when Eva and I were in elementary school, to more recently when I have been delivering meals to other folks at Chateau St. Laurent. I will miss her cheerful greetings and her ready laughter. She was truly a dear, dear lady.

To the Clayton family, especially Jacquie and Barb who I know a bit better. I was shocked to see this notice of your dear Mom's passing. When I bumped into you a couple of weeks ago and you said she was failing I didn’t realize it was so close. Even though I didn’t know her well I appreciated her neighborliness to me. She made me feel good about my garden and I’m glad we got to share some harvest! I will miss her not watching over me from her window. I pray you all feel that you did so well at care giving to your Mom. You are amazing “kids” and she was a very blessed Mom!
